"Don’t stay here. Room was grubby, outdated decor and facilities. Cobwebs and mould were a feature!! Poor lighting with no sidelights. Bed was uncomfortable and more like a trampoline than a bed.. Only one teabag and three milks. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning."

"The location is ideal for the seafront and restaurants. The bathroom was very spacious however the room itself was extremely tight. Unfortunately the service was so bad, I will not be returning. When checking in, we had to speak to 3 different members of staff before finding out which room we were in, and not one of those staff members even said hello or greeted us in any way. They ran past us trying not to acknowledge our present, We were just left standing there with absolutely no information given that it was not busy there was only 1 other guest sat at the bar, it was an unnecessary and a disgraceful performance."

"On the one of the hottest days of the year, the room had a tiny fan for a family room. Unbearable, no sleep at all. I understand you can't have air-conditioning on the building as its old, however there is nothing stopping you putting portable air-conditioning units in the rooms. Simply Unbearable. Staff were nice and friendly, amenities of, slightly dated, but its an old building."
