"The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with a cooked breakfast as well as a selection of cereals.
Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland.
Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return.

"The hotel is entrance is just off the roundabout opposite the services.
Large car park at the rear of the hotel the staff make sure you enter your reg on the tablet at reception.
Very welcoming and helpful staff everything was explained.
My room was accessed by a card and there is a slot on the wall to put it to activate the electricity. Nice room with plenty of space very comfy bed and lots of storage. Very clean in both the bedroom and bathroom which had a very modern easy to use shower also fresh towels,shampoo and shower jel supplied. I had food in the restuarant which seemed to have a limited menu but there was a menu on the bar with more options. The road near the hotel seemed very busy but it was very quiet at night and had a great sleep. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and you could help yourself to as much or little as you liked. Cooked food was hot and restocked often.
Overall a great stay with no complaints how often do you hear that.

"Been visiting Ramsgate for last 15 years normally use a hotel but not anymore this visit was the most relaxed ever everything you could ever need when staying away from home was available at this property kitchen to meet all your needs. Plenty of space in the garden to enjoy the nice weather plenty of sleeping options and all the local information on eating out or in if required owner only a phone call away if required owner provided all information just before arrival very useful
Would recommend if visiting area my party of 5 enjoyed our stay
