This was very quaint and comfortable. It's a come and go as you please with a cafe. The cafe is only open from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Sun to Thurs.

Neal was great. Very helpful. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room decoration was lovely. Room was a little small but that’s to be expected from such an old building. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and quirky

A really quirky little room, we stayed in the Oriental room. Comfy bed and clean. Nice little extra,s shampoo, shower cap, shower gel. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.The breakfast was amazing, one of the best. Would highly recommen.

What a lovely little Gem of a place, with lovely quirky rooms, and a really nice coffee machine and biscuits in the room, the breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. The cafe/cocktail bar down stairs was really lovely and relaxing with yummy cakes, and great cocktails in the evening, had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend as very convenient for shops and seaside.

Nice b&b centrally located in Broadstairs

Nice b&b in very central location in Broadstairs. the host was very friendly and welcoming. There was a cosy bar also that was open to the public downstairs. The nexpressio machine was a bonus with loads of pods to choose from.

A Hidden Gem

Booked a one night stay and could not have been happier with my choice. Welcoming hosts, a quirky comfortable well appointed room and a possibly the best breakfast I’d ever had. Easy to park in nearby roads and I’d definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Quirky room in the centre of Broadstairs, look at their room photos to see what I mean. We stayed for one night. I can highly recommend the Mr Bumble breakfast! Would stay again.

Great location.

A small hotel in a good location , only 100 yards from the beach and the town. Nicely decorated in period style and very clean overall. Probably a 10/10 only the bathroom, which did have a bath, needed a little updating. Overall highly recommended. Parking is free a 5 minutes walk away in West Esplanade

Broadstairs

Perfect Location - practically right on the beach. Pillows a little soft for our liking. Room really quirky - thankfully there was a fan as it was so warm in the room. Misleading about free parking - there are no parking spaces on site - which was a big reason why we booked it - you have to go and find a space on the street - we were about a 10 minute walk away.

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely overnight stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered help carrying any bags up the stairs which was a nice touch. We stayed in the oriental room and it more than lived up to expectations. The tea tray was very well stocked, there was even a couple of sachets of hot chocolate. If you stay here definitely get breakfast. My partner had the full English and I had the vegetarian option. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels/B&Bs over the years and this was by far the best breakfast we have ever had. Would we stay again? Definitely, without a doubt. If you're looking to stay in Broadstairs and want to be made to feel like you're in a home from home, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.
