I hope spring cleaning is scheduled.
I've stayed here a hanful of times and love the comfort and amenities of the lovely Hotel Telluride!!!!So my most recent stay was the first bad experience....:( Cups in cupboard were unclean, not just dirty, but FILTHY( I wouldn't put my toilet brush in one .)
I love that they provide a dehumidifier in each room, however, this time ours had a substantial white substance splattered on the inside of the water tank - can't imagine what it could be.... gross. Staff fixed it quickly when called.
Furthermore, the hot tub was cloudy and when you turn on the waterfall feature a horrid stench accompanies it. It needs to be cycled more often and maintained on a daily basis. Finally, the control panel of the hottie is difficult to operate unless you are familiar with that brand.
Love the gym,hot tubs, the complimentary coffee, tea etc., in-town shuttle,cruiser bikes, Super-comfy beds, and spacious and cozy rooms with great amenities.
The aforementioned are rare and minor inconveniences- the hotel telluride is a magnificent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort and a bit of luxury. They are usually 100% on point. The only reason I left unhappy was because of the checkout process. This was the part of my stay where it could've all been made better. I didn't want anything from the hotel Telluride but some kind words, acknowledgment, and apologies would've been great.
