The staff/service could have been much better, in terms of greeting the guests and answering questions. I feel that they judge you by how you look/dress, or how old/young you are. The facilities might need to be upgraded.

The property was conveniently located. The room was a bit compact and dated. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff were professional and very helpful. They greeted me in a happy and positive manner.

This is an older property that needs some updates. Location is simply unbeatable. Every bus stops right in the front allowing you to go anywhere. I think all bus operators use this hotel as one of the stops in Taoyuan. The hotel is right in the middle of the city center surrounded by 3 department stores. Dining choices are too many to count.

The room was very nice with a clean, well lit bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not much of anything which was disappointing but there are many good restaurant options in easy walking distance. Good shopping just outside the hotel doors. A bus stop is right out front for easy transportation options.

Excellent! Very close to Taoyuan Station & shopping area. Everything is great, room great, service great, staffs very helpfull, Only 1 thing to note: breakfast just so so. Stayed for 3 nights but no menu changes. But overall: VERY RECOMMENDED.

Very nice hotel, service was very good, friendly staff. The only complaint I have is with the air conditioning. I could not get the temperature below 28C. I have stayed here 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times the air conditioning didn’t work as it should.

The reception staff were amazing, so helpful when we left our luggage! Thn first room was v smelly, but they cleaned it immediately! Great to be upgraded as a gold member!

A very nice hotel in Taoyuan. Have stayed here whenever I came to meet my relatives in the past 3 years. Staff are very nice and pleasing. Only takes me half an hour directly from airport to hotel via bus 706.

Thanks but no thanks.
Booked for two nights. After the first night we checked out forfeiting our booking. It is impossible to sleep since our room has zero soundproofing and it was facing a main road with loud traffic all night. It was unbearable. However if one is insensitive to noise, then there won’t be a problem. We also did not bother requesting different rooms as overall the rooms and hotel are very old and in much need of refurbishment. Cleanliness is on the poor end and that is always the dealbreaker for us. We decided to go down the side road with a hotel at 1/3 the price (obviously with zero amenities) but offering small, clean, modern and quiet sleeping rooms.

每次去臺灣都住這理，非常不錯的酒店，位置好，離火車站很近，周圍很多食肆，鄰近有很多購物百貨公司，購物超方便！交通四通八達，門口就有706巴士往來機場，只需約40分鐘車程。大堂很漂亮，服務十分好，前台服務人員非常有禮貌，十分感激他們主動替我跟進快遞公司運送包裹的情況。房間非常寬敞和乾淨整潔，整體感覺物超所值！特別推介酒店五樓餐廳的午市套餐，分量及食物質素都非常有水準，家人吃後都十分滿意，下次來住一定會再吃。
