Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is expensive though compared to similar hotels in the same area. The interior design was superb, and the spacious bed with its firm mattress ensured a great night's sleep! I'd love to stay here again! Even with the AC on full blast, it felt a bit chilly at night, but when I requested an extra blanket, they brought it right away. I would say it’s a “cool” hotel. The use of the iPad is good. The room is different enough that it doesn’t feel like a hotel. The building is modern and well maintained. Check-in was easy at the self check in kiosk.
