"I would give this hotel zero stars. We arrived about 2 am as we had arranged in advance through hotels.com. We tried to contact the hotel directly but they don't have a working phone number or website. It's in a slummy area, which fits the hotel itself. Our taxi driver got the gate keeper to let us in but he couldn't make the whiny female manager get out of bed to give us a room. "De eerste ervaring bij aankomst was slecht. Zo leken ze verrast door onze aankomst en werd er wat apathisch gereageerd. Vanwege de regentijd was het hotel bovendien niet in staat handdoeken te leveren (want die konden niet worden gedroogd) zodat we die zelf moesten kopen. Verder was agv het regenseizoen het beddengoed in de eerste nacht zo vochtig dat we er niet op konden slapen.
