"1st impressions were good. Having been there after a few hours though you started to notice the noise and many things were either not working or were working poorly. We had no water for showers in the morning, couldn't even flush the toilet. Would be a nice place but poorly maintained. "

"The room was comfortable; the only problem was no mosquito net, and I was disturbed by mosquitos in the night. The lighting in the room was inadequate for reading. The service was also good, except the breakfast was meager. I was told breakfast was served from 6:30, and I cam at 7 and only found a boiled egg and watermelon, with tea or coffee, but no waiter to help me."

Its excellent location, outstanding hospitality, delicious cuisine, and impeccable service made my stay in Dar es Salaam truly memorable. I would especially like to commend Mr. Nestory, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever a minor issue arose, he addressed it promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive was the respect, kindness, and genuine courtesy he extended to every guest, reflecting exceptional leadership and a true passion for hospitality. My sincere appreciation also goes to Erika and the entire reception team. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional.
