We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed. "MINUS 10 STARS!! Went from bad to worse from the time we arrived. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. Then went in total darkness with no back-up generator available and we were told it happens all the time. Staff was hard to find even with a 'reception' area. All around a horrible experience. Plus, we forgot to take 1 item...
