"I arrived at the hostel in the morning and they kindly let me check in as there was a bed available. All of the staffs were very kind and willing to help me. The room was very spacious, clean and had nice air-conditioning throughout the day. They had nice rooftop where you can talk with your friends, and eat breakfast and dinner. You can have a lunch and dinner here if you want, its $5 each. The breakfast was great, and you have nice hot shower too. It's not located centre of the city but if you...

Its excellent location, outstanding hospitality, delicious cuisine, and impeccable service made my stay in Dar es Salaam truly memorable. I would especially like to commend Mr. Nestory, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever a minor issue arose, he addressed it promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive was the respect, kindness, and genuine courtesy he extended to every guest, reflecting exceptional leadership and a true passion for hospitality. My sincere appreciation also goes to Erika and the entire reception team. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional.
