I can’t say enough good things about the Element hotel. I was upgraded to a nicer room without my asking. It had a kitchenette, a sitting room and the bedroom. The air-conditioning worked great. The staff were lovely. The pool is enjoyable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent place to stay for an extended stay. The room was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Close to great restaurants and easy to get around by foot.
Comfortable hotel with great service, cheerful and obliging staff. Sarisfactory food offerings for most tastes. Not a great deal around the hotel in terms of eating out but enough to keep you amused over a couple of days stay.
The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Lots of smiles, so that was nice. There is not much to do in the area outside of the hotel..
Comfortable & Clean hotel. Fairly modern. Enjoyed the suite, as it had a small kitchenette. Great view of the sea. Missed being at a hotel on the beach, but the hotel made up for it. Would probably return
Hotel was lovely as were all the staff. Everyone very helpful and cheerful. Room was amazing - huge and clean with mini kitchen and fridge. We were very happy. Breakfast was excellent - so much choice and we would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again next time we are in Dar es Salaam. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.
it was clean, good customer service.
Nice location. Hair dryer was strong,
chef was very accomodating for breakfast, I ask for vegetarian no onion and garlic as the vegetarian dishes outside all had onion, chef remade and personalised it, which made me feel very welcome. Pool and Gym was comfy
Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast buffet wide variety with hot and cold options but tons of flies. Tried to access spa but no one there. A/C very good and strong. WiFi fast. Water pressure and temperature great. Not very well noise insulated but I was at the end of the hall. Area is bad, nothing close and nothing to do.
I thought food on this trip was average. Getting change in TZ is a challenge. The King Suite room exceeded my expectations. Good location and Khadija was outstanding. She made my trip golden.
Just an amazing team of professionals! From Witness, Clement, Bibie, Caroline, Musa, Gertrude, The entire security team... From The managers to rest of the team... Just OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS 🙏
Kept extending at the Element in Dar. It was convenient, excellent service we had the Premier suite on the 3rd floor. It was excellent. Food good and although no balcony it was in easy access to The Slipway shopping centre and staff so obliging with Uber pick up and taxi. Reception and waiters and especially cleaners do an excellent job..mainly a business hotel however we were a private vacation visit and we are returning and would again any time we are in Dar. Excellent.
My recent stay at Element Dar es Salaam was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.
The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The on-site facilities were top-notch. The pool and restaurant was the highlight of my stay—pure luxury! Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate.
The location was ideal, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I felt truly cared for during my stay, and I can't wait to return. Element hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience!"
Check In was quite disorganized. I cant say the reception staff is very welcoming, I think they pick and choose who to be welcoming towards. There seems to be a cleaning staff shortage because it took a while to get checking because of room cleaning. Breakfast needs a big improvement. Coffee was not godd.
