"As the hotel had been so busy our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Kinga upgraded us to a corner view room and gave us 2 free drinks vouchers to make up for our wait. Excellent service from Kinga. "

Breakfast was a fabulous choice and scottish breakfast was buffet but all food very hot.
Coffees excellent aswell from a machine.

"The decor inside the Malmaison is unique an interesting. The staff is kind and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice.
The food selection is good for breakfast. We did not eat there for dinner, so I cannot speak to that.
If you are traveling to Dundee, this is a good and convenient option. "
"Rooms were brilliant. This hotel was an old Jute mill and the room reflected that with some original features mixed with modern facilities. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Coffe machine and pods .. fridge with complimentary water was a nice touch. Breakfast was good .. buffet style and had decent selection. Only negatve with breakfast was that there was no haggis. Rest of hotel was reslly well pesented although had to queue for 20 mins at reception to check in but that more because there was a festival on and place was busy. Car parking was there but small and all spaces filled .. had to park in close by council car park so not a major issue."

"Disappointed with Expedia.
I booked two nights here and I was asked by my company to stay an extra day so when I went to book an extra night in the apex I was shocked to learn it would cost me £160 per night without breakfast.
The first two days I booked was £127 per night + £14 parking fee.
So when I tried to book an extra night Expedia had bumped the price up to £160 per night .
I checked and there were plenty of rooms available so there was no excuse .
Absolute disgrace! "
