Tropical rear patio has eating space, a grill and small firepit. Resort amenities include 2 swimming pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and much more. Free parking in oversized carport. Centrally located to numerous Florida attractions and Tampa.

Very comforable and clean.

The stay was great. Home was exceptionally clean, air conditioning was on and place was cool. The owners live close and were available for any questions. If the unit is available any time I am in Zephyrhills it will be my first choice of places to stay
