The facility was under staffed because of the fact that workers would prefer to claim $600 per week unemployment than to actually work. However the fact is the management and staff did a remarkable job considering the labor shortage.... many of them had to do double duty and they did so with a smile. It's totally understandable that certain amenities had to be cut back as result of shortages. Food from the latitude restaurant was served and paper and plastic. Each meal however was always hot, well-prepared and absolutely delicious. The only significant drawback of the facility is the noise from the flight path just above the hotel. However, when you're in your room you can't hear any of it. We will return to Naples and definitely stay here again.

It was very noisy. In my last night there at around 4:00am a bit truck that came to the building was making a lot of noises for like 40 minutes. I will never stay here again. The rules for house keeping were never explain to me either. Very disappointed.
