We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell service. Pool is small and near parking lot. For the price, you do get value for your money. If Capri had a gym onsite we'd stay there again.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring you have a perfect vacation. Their personalized recommendations for local dining were spot-on. The property itself is immaculate, boasting a fresh, modern coastal decor that is both elegant and inviting. Our room was spacious, bright, and meticulously clean, featuring a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The location is unbeatable. We loved that it's situated on a quiet, tree-lined street yet just a short, pleasant 5-minute walk to all the incredible shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, effortlessly taking us to and from the beach and dinner spots. A big plus was the delicious continental breakfast and the wonderful touch of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and coffee offered each afternoon in the lovely lobby lounge. The Capri Inn is more than just a place to sleep; it's a destination that elevates your whole Naples experience. We can't wait to return!

Location and room size great. Check in very good. In room. Only 1 bath towel for 2! No blankets when cold. Asked housekeeping and quick to respond. Poor lighting in bathroom. Terrible bed, we like firm this was hard. Check out poorly run.
