It is always a daunting task to book a hotel without ever seeing it. I have stayed in Miami more than 4 times and had stayed at various hotels. This by far has been the best one and will continue to book this hotel for future stays. The location is perfect and the rooms are great. The rooftop pool is an added bonus as well. We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful. I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. I also accidentally booked an ADA room, and the shower had no curtain or door. The shower itself was wonderful but having no closure to the shower area was not ideal. Just something to be aware of when you select a room. All in all, our stay was very nice, and we would recommend and book again. It is a very good value.

This is a hotel/motel hybrid - which was not clear to me before we checked in. The door to our room was completely exposed to the outside and that was not a good surprise. Everything was okay and safe after all, but I am not a fan of motel set ups. There are inside rooms, but we did not get one of those. The rooftop pool was great and the property was clean. Staff was friendly.

We were in town for a work convention and UMA House was so convenient to the convention center. It was within walking distance to a ton of restaurant options and shopping.
