Private Pool Home in a safe, family neighborhood. Enjoy some relaxing time in the large private pool lanai while your dog enjoys the fenced back yard. ** The pool is not heated.**

Prepare meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, or catch a game on the 70" smart TV. Spoil yourself with the KING pillowtop bed in the master. The whole family will enjoy this place to work or play as the Wi-Fi is 400 Mbps and 3 desks are furnished for your convenience.

You will find everything here you would expect at home plus beach chairs, grill, cooler and umbrella, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of cooking tools and small appliances in the kitchen. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc.......

It was very nice to spend our vacation in this house. We immediately felt at home. The neighborhood was also very nice and the ride to Clearwater Beach was also wonderful. Like the previous times, it was a great pleasure to communicate with Tammy and we are already looking forward to the next time when we will spend our vacation in one of her houses.

Needed a local rental while I was having work done on my home and this house was exactly as it is advertised. Host was available for questions and responded very quick. I had a dog with me on my stay and the yard was a good size and closed in.

This is a nice property and the owner went above and beyond. The sofa was broken and within 24 hours she had a new sofa in place. She was so helpful with locations of events for us. The property was clean and comfortable. There was 6 adults. The patio area was or favorite place to hang out.

We had an excellent time at the pool house. The property was pet friendly. All the amenities were great. House was clean and cozy. The host was amazing. She gave great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommend!

Property was clean. Tammy answered all questions quickly and even checked in to see if she could recommend some places around the area. Was moving our daughter into USF. Property is only about 15 minutes from there, so it was very convenient.
