"The rooms are nice and properly cleaned. Staff was very helpful with answers to our questions (1st time visitors to Shenandoah). The pool & hot tub were a welcome muscle relief after a long day of hiking. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a good hotel "base" if you are visiting Shenandoah"
