Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, jedoch nicht für Senioren geeignet: für 2 Personen ist das Schlafzimmer sehr eng; an den Seiten sehr wenig Platz um ins Bett zu kommen. Ca. 600 m bis in die Fußgängerzone.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen in guter Lage und mit guter bis gehobener Ausstattung. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass kein eigener Stellplatz zur Wohnung gehört und das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, der Strand und die Einkaufsmeile sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut geschnitten, doch ein paar Änderungen würde das Wohlgefühl heben. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem TV auf dem kleinen Tisch und dem Schrank in der Ecke sieht so provisorisch aus. Ein Sideboard mit TV gegenüber dem Sofa hätte ein ganz anderen Effekt. Auch waren uns zu viele Stühle im Raum. Das Display der Mikrowelle ist defekt, die Messer nicht scharf, dafür gibt es extrem viele Gläser. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse ist etwas zu groß geraten. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt leider auf einer Seite eine Ablage und Lampe. Das Badezimmer mit der ebenerdigen Dusche ist angenehm, nur der Spiegel hängt für große Menschen etwas zu tief. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Garten und das Umfeld gepflegt.
