Adrian at the desk was friendly, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was super helpful. All other staff were very good but Adrian was one who really stood out with his superb customer service skills. Room could have done with coffee and milk instead of just green tea. There was an urn of coffee downstairs to help ourselves but it would have been useful in the room. Air con wasn’t working but there was a fan which was useful. Superb location. Walking distance to train station and Rotterdam Central. Very happy with our stay

I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. I would classify this apartment as a sub-par highway motel or youth hostel. Warm water shower and 1 flat pillow each. I was not able to do any laundry (the main reason I booked here). Maybe with a negative review someone from this establishment will contact me? I am interested to hear their side of the story - unless this is a regular occurrence? Live and learn I guess!

The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor. Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items. Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there.
