"We were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and where was good to eat. Although we visited during a public holiday there was still plenty to do. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the television (the previous guest had unplugged something) but it was fixed by the maintenance man (JC?) within 10 minutes. The room was always cleaned daily and there was always plenty of complimentary teas and coffees....

"Just a few little maintenance issues with our room, like hairdryer was faulty, one remote and door lock ran out of battery. Balcony was quite dusty, bed head was also dusty. But other than that that main areas were clean and everything was fixed asap. We were lucky to get early check-in and the front desk staff are so pleasant!"
