The staff at this hotel care for their customers and are very alert to their customers every need. Case in point, our Luggage was lost/delayed when we arrived in Sydney. We explained our situation to the hotel front staff and they were amazing. They went above and beyond what I would typically see and or expect from counter staff/management. They called multiple times, on their own time, the airport baggage company responsible for our luggage. If the staff saw my wife and I in the reception area they would always update us on the status of our luggage, good or bad. All of the staff we dealt with, both night staff and morning staff were amazing. Accor, your training/hiring of exceptional staff have won me over. It was reasonable but what I wasn’t told was that it was an accessible bathroom. The shower floor was slippery and slthough the rails are placed just under the shower head, it was a bit ridky to gey out of the shower. I suggsted a rybber mat on the floor or a plastic shower chair in place for a better security. Breakfast at the executive lounge was excellent. I wantwd to use the swimming pool around 7:30am but found out that it opens at 9am on the weekend. It was too late an opening our to me. All in all,anovernight stay was pleasant.
