Have stayed several times before, and will stay again. This trip was a big let down though.
The room had an odd odour each time you walked in, although you quickly became accustomed to it.
On check in, someone had used the toilet since it was checked and not flushed - thankfully just a wee!
First night discovered a large L shaped rip on the underside of the duvet cover. This was changed on day two after we mentioned it. But zero apology of any kind, almost more accusatory in nature.

Property was new and clean inside. No noise from other apartments. Overall a good stay. Nearby shop for food basics and near to the Tram line to go into town.
No complaints. If security is a concern for you it is very lax here. Lobby door left open night and day, and security staff not a deterrent. Secure access tag for the elevator does not work, so open access to use the lifts. Overall though we saw no issues.
