This charming coastal chalet ticks all the boxes… interiors are pretty with a nautical feel with a sociable open plan living area, two comfortable bedrooms and views of the lighthouse. The seafront is just 150 metres away, perfect for a stroll and an ice-cream or a picnic on the sands, alternatively you could just relax on the sun terrace… the choice is yours.
 
Nearby Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.

Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2:   double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe.
Shower room : shower, WC, wash hand basin. 

 

Entertainment : Smart TV, DVD player with a selection of films, books and games.
For families : highchair available (please request at time of booking if needed).
Outside : sun terrace with dining table and chairs.
Parking : off road parking for 1 car.
General: changeover day - Saturday. Night storage heaters. Bed linen and towels provided. 4 star rating.
Pets: dogs welcome, no cats. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

Great base for exploring
We used you as a base for exploring the Mumbles and it was great. Close enough to civilisation to go out and eat at night and close enough to beaches, footpaths and countryside to enjoy during the day. Nice, clean and warm on arrival with information booklets on everything we might need. Would definitely visit again if in the area. Thanks for the wonderful winter stay!

Definitely coming back again
Beautiful, quite & clean little (!!!) house, nothing missing! Even a towl for the dog was provided! :-) The only thing to improve would be the bed in one of the 2 sleeping rooms. My twins had difficulties with sharing one plumo and the quite small bed for two. A bunk bed would probably a better solution? Thanks for lots of nice memories of Wales! :-)
