"Simply amazing, self contained Annex with sitting room overlooking the garden, large bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and well appointed kitchen fully stocked with lots and pans. I only stayed 2 nights and ate out, but for others this would be ideal as a base location to explore the area. "

"Lovely stay! We got there late and the restaurant part of the bar downstairs was closing but our kind bed and breakfast owner asked them to wait a bit and feed us. The bar was fun and had a variety of British beers. Absolutely recommend it!"

I didn't realise when I booked that it was a bath with no shower, and being over six foot, I could not stand up in the bath and use the spray attachment because of the low-sloping roof - but I still enjoyed the stay"

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. "Super comfortable room for our family of four. Delicious breakfast downstairs each morning with friendly staff. Conveniently located near Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. We highly recommend the free mayor’s tour of the city with knowledgeable guides that walk you all around the sites and up to the Royal Crescent. We also had a delicious dinner at The Architect restaurant. We recommend grabbing a pint at The Boater as well with a nice bear garden area to look out over the Pulteney Bridge. If you...

"Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good "

"Th apartment was lovely, it’s well equipped and was very clean. The location is amazing, centrally located with everything close by. As it is located so near to the high street it can be noisy at night but this is to be expected and did not bother us. I would definitely stay here again in Bath. "
