We had a very pleasant stay at Doubletree although it was for 1-night only. Upon arrival at the hotel we received a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite. The room is spacious, well furnished and spotless. There is a good spread of international and local dishes for breakfast.The service staff are excellent. We are looking forward to stay here again during our next trip in Surabaya.

It was very easy to communicate with the hotel and they arranged for us to airport pick up and the driver was very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is just like in Europe very please, check in very helpful and friendly people and of course cookies it was amazing make my day . Thank you HILTON :)

Right in the middle of Tunjungan. Nice breakfast. But the hotel needs to provide new sheets. The sheets aren’t clean because it is old and full of blotches from stain that could not be bleached any longer. Aside from the sheets, everything is good.

This is the place!

This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!
