We request for Double and end up with Twin - went to counter to verify - they request to see our Expedia Printout - and said OK will refund but didn't give u the VOID receipt and we have to ask. Went up to the floor and realise that one of the room was not activated to open the door and had to go down and ask again . Kampi is a Great hotel, comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff and management. Good breakfast. Location is also good, walking distance to big mall tunjungan plaza. I stayed in different hotels before in surabaya, Kampi hotel is by far way better.
