Rude Rude manager. Some rooms awful.
We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. Warning.dont book normal double room. They are horrible and on top floor with dormer window. Claustrophobic. Breakfast is poor. All ingredients cheap. Other than that hotel was ok.

Not again this hotel.
We got a room beside the elevator which we try to change but the reception told us rhat they don't have any other rooms. At night it was very koud from people coming in and loud from the kitchen downstairs until 2pm.

Very nice comfortable clean hotel
Could not fault the hotel. Very clean, room large and very clean. At breakfast there was plenty of choice. (continental) However, our room was at the front of the hotel and road was very noisy until about 1am. There was a lot of noise from people talking in the reception area, this I think was due to there being no doors from staircase to the corridors and also marble floors, so the noise was very echoey. Apart from these matters I would recommend it.

Fairly convenient overnight stay
The reception staff were just about helpful. Probably a language barrier thing. Our room had good views but the continual noise from the nearby kitchen open windows and doors was troublesome. The bar was tiny and the barman was also the reception clerk, so we had to track him down for service.. The hotel was very busy so we decided to forego breakfast. Parking for us late arrivals was a challenge. The room was clean enough but the mattresses were incredibly hard. The shower wax tucked into a corner and too close for comfort to the wc. Unless my SatNav misguided me the distance from Santander ferry terminal is more like 29 miles and not 12 miles as publicised. Overall an eightt out of ten.

Ideal location and lovely hotel
We were absolutely delighted with our hotel and most impressed by the scenery and amenities of the whole area. The food was excellent, overseen by the chef and his staff. We ate at the hotel every night despite the numerous high quality resturants available.

Excelent Accomadation the Staff were very welcoming and all requests were caterd for with a smile and enthuisasm the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Although we only stayed on a one night stopover. We had a look at the local amenties during the day. The hotel is idealy situated for both the beech and the town center. Tha local area is an ideal family holiday location.

Lo mejor, la ubicación del hotel, tanto cerca de la playa como del centro de Suances. Las camas muy cómodas. El trato del personal muy bueno.

Buena situación, a menos de 10 minutos de las playas, restaurantes, centro, etc. Personal servicial e instalaciones correctas. Casi como anécdota, dispone de un gran parking privado pero por la gran afluencia de clientes en la primera semana de agosto estaba complicado pillar plaza de aparcamiento.

Me ha gustado mucho.
Me ha gustado mucho en general, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, y a pesar de estar junto a la carretera (por la que hay mucho tráfico), no se nota el ruido. El desayuno buffet bastante completo y el personal muy amable y atento. La única pega, que hay muy poco aparcamiento, y una vez que mueves el coche es difícil volver a encontrar uno en el recinto del hotel. Y en mi experiencia decir que la limpieza de las habitaciones es un poco tarde, al menos en nuestro caso, salimos a las diez de la mañana de la habitación y cuando regresamos a la una y media de la tarde, aún no la habían limpiado. Pero a pesar de ello, lo recomendaría a mis amigos sin dudarlo.

La localizacion del hotel es muy buena, con habitaciones correctas al igual que el desayuna. Pero recomendaria por motivos de seguridad que instalasen agarradores dentro de las duchas y bañeras.

Wonderful hotel
This was my first stay at this hotel. Very nice rooms, clean and friendly staff. 5 min walk to the great La Concha beach. We enjoyed half- board and the dinner buffet was excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Très bel hotel mais service très moyen
Très bon accueil à l'arrivée mais ensuite personnel de réception peu ou pas à l'écoute. Pas de possibilité de réglage de la climatisation malgré plusieurs demandes au personnel et assurance de leur part de régler cela. Température dans la chambre très élevée, et obligation d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre avec vue sur cour et rue, sans contre rideaux fins pour occulter la vue. Du coup, aucune intimité ou chaleur insupportable.

Estancia agradable, pero sobretodo destacar la gran atención del chef, en este caso uno de nosotros es celíaco y el chef muy pero muy atento con el tema de todas las comidas sin gluten, para repetir.

Es un hotel de aspecto precioso pero que esconde un quiero y no puedo. problemas con la reserva, éramos 5 para dos habitaciones que nos dieron separadas en el quinto y tercer piso. El aire acondicionado había que pedirlo cada día. El teléfono de una habitación no funcionaba. Mi hija pido una almohada y le dijeron que se la darían al día siguiente. El primer día juntamos dos pequeñas mesas para el desayuno y nos dijeron que molestábamos y que al día siguiente desayunáramos en otro lado de la sala. El desayuno tipo bufete era correcto, que no bueno. No había minibar en la habitación. A la hora de pagar intentaron hacernos cambiar de tarjeta de crédito. Etc

Esta bonito y bien
Esta bien, no se si tanto como 4estrellas, perp en general agusto, hay un atajo a la playa q tardes 5min. Lo unico q tiene el camping justo al lado, si te pilla en fiestas (como a mi) esta lleno de juventud de fiesta. La psicina pequeña pero justa para refrescarte.

Se puede mejorar algunas cosas .
El Hotel para ser de 4* un poco justito , pero no esta mal . La comida muy poca variedad y repetitiva , el primer día que lleguemos la calefacción estaba sin dar tuve que bajar a recepción para que la conectaran y el resto del día la conectaban durante la mañana un poco y por la tarde noche , luego la volvían a apagar . Con respecto al wifi solo había en zonas comunes no en la habitación como así pone en su pagina , su personal aceptable .

Semana Santa 2015 vacaciones estupendas.
La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Sólo pondría un pero y es al aparcamiento, pero la verdad es que ha sido todo fantástico.

Buena fachada, buen buffet... eso es todo lo destacable del hotel Habitaciones espaciosas pero con camas que dejan mucho que desear. Colchones lamentables, almohadas viejas y muy bajas, mantitas en lugar de edredones. El agua caliente en la ducha es entre templada y fresquita. Y sin aire acondicionado en verano ni caliente en invierno. Flojo Flojo Flojo Basicamente la comodidad brilla por su ausencia
