Great Stay

The hotel was amazing, the staff were terrific and the service was excellent. Food and drinks were great the only negative was I didn't find the sun loungers very comfy around the pool. This would not stop me staying here again as the location is great and a short walk to the beach.

Pros: friendly staff and helpful and superb breakfast. Cons: there is no soundproofing between rooms. You can hear people talking and sneezing, and the noise from the TV and slamming of doors. For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing. There was also a contruction site nearby which was noisy at times. The pool area was nice but they played the same music on loop for hours - change it!

We got food poisoning from the room service, their ironing board put a hole in my really expensive trousers which I was wearing to a wedding that day. The pool was nice and reception staff were nice.

A great hotel , close to sea front and marina . Extremely well run hotel with fab food and great service everywhere. Special thanks to Dani on reception who took time to explain the parking rules to us and recommended a good place to park. Great views from the rooms and very clean. I’d happily return , can’t fault it

A good hotel as a base for Santa Eulalia and beyond. Clean hotel, courteous staff, good breakfast included, close to town centre, lots of parking nearby (although that might include wastelands close by) and, as with Santa Eulalia generally, it feels safe. Would certainly stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights with a child. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast is great and there is a peaceful outdoor area to enjoy breakfast. There is a car park right outside and also a free car park a 2 min walk away. It is right on the sea front so a great place to start to walk on the promenade.

The hotel was lovely and set in a beautiful area which was close to everywhere you needed to get to. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you plan excursions and where to sightsee. The breakfast was great too with an overwhelming choice to suit all tastes. I would definitely come back to stay here and already recommended it to family and friends.

Hotel is close to marina, beach and promenade. If you want to stay at the hotel for quiet time or by the pool, there’s many areas to sit and relax. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a nice breakfast every morning. The rooms were a good standard. The walk in showers could’ve done with a little sealant maintenance. I was solo travelling and felt comfortable and safe in Santa Eulalia.

Fantastic stay. Couldn't recommend it more highly. We had a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and comfortable, big bathroom with walk in shower, and the view from the balcony of the sea and the harbour was beautiful. Staff are all super attentive and friendly, couldn't fault them. We stayed for a short break for our anniversary and the hotel brought up a bottle of cava for us and a lovely hand written note. The facilities: the breakfast area, restaurant, and pool, we're all spotless and really nicely decorated. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing trip to Santa Eulalia.

Pros: The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. They give you 2 free bottles of water a day. The breakfast has a huge selection and never runs out. There are loads of really great restaurants and shops 2 mins away from the hotel. You really don't need to leave the area for food or shopping. It's only 30mins and 30 Euros from the airport or in to Ibiza town. Cons: The walls are so thin, I could hear every conversation of the people in the room next to me. There is a vent from one bathroom to the next, and it felt like next door were in my bathroom with me! I suggest you bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep so you don't hear people all around the hotel walking around and talking. The food and drinks at the pool bar are quite expensive. Often there weren't enough loungers by the pool for everyone at the hotel. I never got to sit by the pool, I was either around the corner facing a wall, or had to go to the beach down the road.
