A lovely place to stay, to wander from in the evenings. But... try and get an offer, as its expensive. Breakfast at 25 euros- we found a cafe 400m away- excellent breakfast for 6 euros. Spa was good, clean and not too busy. I would only recommend if a deal was available!
Great location, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, not just saying that. A very French hotel in the most beautiful setting. Good location to the tram which takes you into Strasbourg, a real must and so easy to use.
Parking next door 44 euro/day but difficult to access during Christmas Market season. Recommend Halles P2 Wilson garage for 20 euro/day and a five minute or so walk away. Cafe located on the corner of the hotel block for a simple breakfast. 200m to major deprtment stores and few minutes walk to Petite ...
Reception staff was polite but one staff hit my door at 11 in a very rude way. He showed his watch claimed that it was 11:30 am. But his watch was showing wrong time and I said it to the reception desk. Even if the watch was 11:30 am, he should not hit room in a very very rude way. The room smells ...
Stayed for one night, reception staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice verity and good coffee. Hotel is about 15min walk or 2-3min tram ride (near the hotel) to the "old city" .
We stayed here when we visited Strasbourg, on our way down to the Black Forest in Germany. The hotel is located a short drive from Strasbourg but as we were driving it was close enough for our needs. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was simple, clean and everything we needed, ...
While not in the middle of town, it is a 5 minute walk to the tram than in another few minutes drops you right off in the center of town. Great price with really nice breakfast.

Grande île is Strasbourg’s oldest area, and hotels on this island are just steps from the city’s cathedral, the Rohan Palace and Kleber Square. Grande île’s easternmost point is known as Petite France, where many of the hotels, bars and restaurants are in some of Strasbourg’s oldest buildings, most of which date back to the 16th century. The area comes alive in the summer, when diners fill outdoor terraces overlooking the River Ill.
Take time to climb up to Strasbourg Cathedral’s spire to experience fantastic views across the city. The cathedral’s large astronomical clock also attracts crowds, especially when it chimes each day at 12.30pm. Next door, the L’Oeuvre Notre Dame Museum exhibits religious art both from the 15th-century cathedral and other churches in the Alsace.
Rohan Palace is one of the top art spots in Strasbourg. The large Neoclassical palace houses the Museum of Fine Arts that displays works by Raphael and El Greco, and also the Museum of Decorative Arts. Take a trip down to the basement to see finds from archaeological digs around Alsace before returning to the luxury of your Strasbourg hotel.
