I only required 1 night in Strasbourg for business - the majority of the hotels in centre had doubled / tripled their charge due to Christmas market. Although this is out of centre, it was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very strange night staff. Area is sketchy too. When I arrived at night, there was a city tax fee of 1.80 e to be paid. No issue… except I didn’t have cash on me and the card machine was not working well. Instead of good service (allow me to pay that tiny fee when machine worked.) , the man refused to let me check in for the already paid room until the tiny fee was paid. He made me go walk to find an ATM in the cold to then pay him in cash. So rude and unnecessary. Also, hotel design very poor… don’t book this place! No curtain in showers or ledges. Very noisy banging all night. No outlets near bed for devices. Only a few by the workstation table. Tiny towels for infants, and no face cloths.

The staff was lovely. What I may have missed in the reviews is two primary issues. 1. The hotel is used to house refugees, no issues with that other than they are on different floors but were extremely loud above my room. 2. The internet had massive bandwidth in mid afternoon but at night couldn't even support a Zoom video. Too much demand, impossible to do anything but email.

Très médiocre

Nous avons pris 2 chambres avec petit déjeuner pour 2 nuits. Nous entendons bruyamment les voisins rentré à 4 h du matin. Pas de parking sauf payant en suppléments du tarif hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner minimaliste, aucune céréales pour les enfants. Juste un panier posé sur la table avec de la baguette un croissant et un mini pain au chocolat. Je n’y reviendrai plus

HORRIBLE 😒 DÉCONSEILLE 😒😒 pas de l eau chaude, le pommeau de douche coule doucement ,le recevoir de douche bouchée,chauffage fait le bruits de seche lignes on arrivé pas a dormir,HORRIBLEEE la nuit a 100 euro j'ai jamais vu ça après une journée passée dans le froid vous vous douché avec de l'eau limite froide et on vous dit que il faut vous réveiller plutôt pour prendre la douche JE RÊVE
