Top Strasbourg Hotel Reviews
Le Grand Hotel By Stay Collection
"Very convenient for train station and town centre. (Hotel can be seen as soon as you leave the station.) Very friendly staff. Our room was on a higher floor and was very spacious. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast with plenty of choice. We appreciated the air conditioning and midday checkout."
ClapClap Hôtel Strasbourg
"Nice, easy hotel perfectly located between the station and old town."
Hotel Arok
"Phenomenal location from the train station, 20 minute walk from many attractions, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with amazing coffee. Check with the front desk if you need a refrigerator as rooms may not have one."
City Residence Strasbourg Centre
"I had a lovely stay. First, I was very happy that they allowed me to store my luggage in a locked luggage room upon arrival, since my train got in at 8 am, and I only had one day to explore Strasbourg. Check in went smoothly and my room was ready a bit early, which I was so happy about since this was the height of the unprecedented heat wave. I was pleased to find some complementary beverages and snacks in the room, which with a shower helped me recharge. The room is sufficient to prepare simple meals, as it is equipped with a stove top, microwave, and very basic cooking gear, but not somewhere you should expect to prepare a three coarse meal. The AC worked very well, which was very important to me, and I was pleased that I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke perfect English, which was essential for me as I know less than 10 words in French. Despite minor aesthetic flaws to the room, I thought it was a good value and very comfortable, including a very comfortable bed."

"The staff was very nice and helpfull, parking is tricky, ask the staff about parking on the street rules."

Pocket Guide: 3 Stars Hotels in Strasbourg
3 Star Hotels in Strasbourg
Strasbourg’s three-star hotels are slick, inner-city bases offering guests stylish bedrooms and convenient facilities in accessible locations. While most benefit from central locations, hotels in the peaceful suburbs are within walking distance of tram and bus stops for quick access to all the main sights and attractions.
Decorated in chic colour schemes and contemporary furnishings, most three-star accommodation reflects Strasbourg’s cosmopolitan vibe. Fitness centres and full-service spas feature in a handful of hotels, while all of them benefit from modern comforts, such as free WiFi and 24-hour front desks. Some also cater for business guests with spacious meeting rooms and computer stations.
In-room amenities include coffee makers and satellite TV. Around-the-clock room service is on offer in most hotels, and some rooms even come complete with minibars and premium bedding.
Where to Stay in Strasbourg
Staying close to Strasbourg Station will place guests close to excellent transport links, with many international and national train routes passing through the station. There are also plenty of local connections using the nearby bus and tram stops to get you around the city. The station has even become a prominent tourist attraction in its own right thanks to the striking glass dome surrounding it.
To be steps from some of Strasbourg’s highlights, pick a three-star hotel in the historic quarter. The Petite France area and all of its quaint 16th-century houses are just steps away as is the main attraction of the historic area, the huge Strasbourg Cathedral. The cathedral’s red-brick tower is one of the oldest standing ones from the Medieval period, and its astronomical clock still chimes on a daily basis.
Museums in Strasbourg
Three houses that function as the Alsatian Museum have been restored and filled with everyday artefacts to show the past 500 years of the region’s life. Dozens of rooms are filled with displays of traditional costumes, toys, furniture and folk art to show what makes up the Alsace-Lorraine region’s identity. The Historical Museum of Strasbourg takes a closer look at the city and follows its history from the Roman times to the present day.
