Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Weekend was lovely..my partner and I came up to see my son and his girlfriend. We used the spa ..I had a facial .Food was good . Excellent location All.of the staff were excellent with the exception of one unhelpful lady on Sat lunchtime. I had booked a lunchtime meal for 4 people via Fork for 1300 on the restaurant. This was confirmed and I had the email to show the Team .There was some sort of muddle as the restaurant does not open at lunchtime .I was expecting my son and his partner for lunch. The lady at the bar was very unhelpful and to be honest dismissive and rude . All that needed to be said was that there had been some misunderstanding and we could eat in the bar . I dont know what the mess up was but it certainly wasn't from my side. My family and I travel a lot and eat out frequently. We are never rude or dismissive to staff ever .I was disappointed and annoyed by her attitude as if it was my fault amd that I was being problematic. I will however be staying at this place regularly and certainly won't be trying to book any lunches in their restaurant 😀"

"We had an excellent week's stay at Redwings. We always enjoy the breakfast which is included, along with free WiFi and free parking. No other hotel in the area offers these three essential amenities for the price! This is our third stay and our- go -to hotel. The staff are also very welcoming and approachable. Being on the A1 is also a big plus and accessible to most places."
