To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. "If you are booking the Pods ensure you arrive before the park closes as there are no staff on site, the entrance to the hotel is closed the security guided us to pods alter we were unable to gain access as we didn’t have keys. Avoid staying here there is no staff, no phone number no one to help."
