Location Location Location
Great location for the Stockholm Exhibition Centre and a walking distance from train station. A very warm and friendly Hotel. Reception, breakfast and evening meal staff very courteous and professional. Room was very comfortable, fresh and clean.

Great experience for 2 nights, safe for solo travelers, very convenient to train station (5m walk), breakfast provided and incredible large selection (all fresh, high end products, all sorts of dietary needs). Staff very friendly, rooms superb, clean hallways and quiet at night for a restful time. Would highly recommend it.

Great for a long stay in terms of daily breakfast, quiet rooms, and nice staff. However, kids were in the gym almost every night and sometimes unattended. Not safe or responsible. Pet friendly rooms, but we had to throw away litter in trash cans outside. Super odd.

Very friendly, professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Next to the Convention Center. Walkable distance to the commuter train station. Close connection via commuter train to the Central Train Station.

The hotel room is minimal, but the staff is amazing. They will provide a mini fridge upon request and are helpful with city directions. The breakfast has a variety of foods and was fresh each day. My only complaint is the lack of coffee in the rooms and the fact that you had to pay for coffee in the lobby. When the same machine is accessible for free during the breakfast time.

New and modern hotel in Alvsjo
The hotel room was modern and clean. There is air conditioning in the room that most hotels in Stockholm don't have. Breakfast was excellent. There's also a small gym with Sauna in the hotel. I'd stay here for the next time.

Good business hotel
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alvsjo.

Close to the train. No restaurant open currently and the food was a couple of options. I chose lasagne like most people and no one was finishing the meal. Lasagne is not 2 sheets of pasta and 400g of meat ragu. It tasted nice except for the amount of salt. Too high. Breakfast was the same, very salty scrambled eggs. I can only assume the person tasting it has a bad sense of taste or didn't taste at all. Main person on the front desk had zero front of house skills. If visiting the city I would stay elsewhere. If visiting somewhere near I would give it a second chance because I've heard the restaurant is good when it is open.

It's a great choice for Stockholm visitors. The hotel is just a few stop away from the Central Station and trains run every few minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast deserves a special word, it's fresh and abundant, particularly comparing to a limited choices of most US hotels. Room maintenance doesn't happen, unless you request it at the front desk. This hotel is highly recommended as it delivers excellent value for your money.

Great location, comfy rooms.
Great location attached to the conference center, 5 mins walk from the train station. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. They also do a very nice and reasonably priced lunch buffet - handy if your at the conference hall.

Pretty good
Overall a good experience, the beds and pillows were too soft for a good night's sleep unfortunately but the room itself was really nice and clean. Breakfast extremely busy - absolutely packed with people and screaming children. Not very relaxing.

Rude staff, budget attitude and cold room
We arrived late in evening, staying 1 night for business. Trying to park the car, we were greeted by an extremely rude staff. Later it turned out this was not an employee of the hotel, but rather a security guard. Hired by, I assume, other qualifications than customer friendliness, This security guard was also in charge of checking in the guests, with expected technical difficulties. The parking was expensive for a suburb hotel, at 200 SEK a night. The room was cold in the nighttime. There are no guest amenities. Guests are expected to purchase toothbrush at inflated prices in the hotel shop. This was told to us by an extremely rude staff. Breakfast was of reasonable quality. Cleaning staff were friendly. Not recommended.

Great if you are attending the conference centre, but a bit isolated if not. Nice modern big room. As it seems with most Stockholm hotels no tea coffee facilities in room.

Great hotel not far from the centre of Stockholm
The location is great and only about 20min on the train from the centre of Stockholm. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great and we all loved it, especially the children. A very wide range of health options are available, as was the case when we stayed in the Scandic in Berlin (Kurfürstendamm). Things worth mentioning: * there was no kettle in the room nor any complementary tea or coffee * we once had to phone reception to ensure the bathroom soap was refilled - it has been missed in the morning. This was attended to immediately. * There is no safe in the room (for passports etc.), although this is far less a cause for concern in Sweden than in other countries. * We had booked a family room that was supposed to be two twin beds. However the 2nd part of the extra twin-bed was simply too big to realistically fit in any sensible way so our 7 year old had to sleep with us. Nonetheless, these things did not cause us any real concern and we still had a great holiday.

Good hotel with parkinggarage and just next to the "Stockholmsmässan" or "Älvsjömässan" congress center.

Convenient Scandinavian efficiency
Stayed there as it was very convenient to get to the city center via the pendeltag (urban light train). It is a nice quite area and beside the Stockholm Trade Centre.
