"The staff especially Mohammed on reception were fantastic well trained etc. the room wasnt great the bathroom had the magnifying mirror missing and the towel rail was rusty and not working and the shower head was broken i did complain and they did get the rail to work and replaced the shower head, things that really should have been done before my arrival. Also i think they need more storage ie some drawers for personal items just a recommendation. Cash i had taken a bit of uk cash but the hotel refused for me to pay for my coffee with cash which was strange as i read that there is no law saying that no cash taken so i went elsewhere."
