"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "I stopped here on a sweltering summers day. To my delight I found the hosts had installed a portable air conditioning unit in the flat. The flat whilst not large was perfect for a short stay. It was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels. The check in process was well communicated by the hosts. I will stay here again when next in Nottingham."

"The location for this room was absolutely fantastic, we went to the Motorpoint one night n the Concert Hall another n it was perfect for both venue's. Theres a reason why there are limited pictures of the room on your website. There's a lot of stuff in there that made it way more crampt than it needed to be. The bathroom wasnt great, the shower was a nightmare, my husband showers at least twice a day, but he risked it just once. You could barely move in there, i went in after him n was...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We were given clear check in and check out instructions. The property was really nice and spacious and clean inside. The location was amazing, right in the centre of the city and near all local attractions and a short walk from the main train station. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again."
