I"ve stayed in many of Guernsey's wonderful hotels! this is not one of them.The staff was ok, but none of them would give me slippers or flip flops! how do I walk around the pool area? Towels at the Pool was another horror! I paid additional fees for my grandchildren to swim one day. No Towels... Its for Spa members only. Why are you a hotel then?? Ridiculous policies ruin this property!!

Loved the St Pierre Park Hotel - exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable public areas, great leisure facilities with easy parking too. Our room was very comfortable with excellent, modern bathroom, good in-room drinks tray, ironing board etc and plenty of space. The whole hotel was immaculately clean with well kept grounds and the breakfast service offered lots of choice from buffet to individual menu items. We all loved the pool and sauna and wish we had stayed longer to try all the other leisure facilities on offer! Waitrose a couple of minutes walk away if you have forgotten anything! For a family break I cannot imagine anywhere better. Thank you so much to all the team for a fabulous stay. We will be back!

A little disappointed we were unable to organise a hire car via the hotel. A previous norm in other hotels. Overall a good hotel, all other needs catered for. Dinner was very good if a little quiet . Would recommend.

Excellent - good service
Overall excellent as usual! - early continental breakfast (0530) was no problem. My only (small) complaint is that there are no USB sockets (or even normal sockets) near the bed. Overall excellent

Our stay at St Pierre
Great location for public transport. Staff were amazing. So charming and so helpful and friendly A pleasure to meet them. A little restricting with use for the pool if you have children. Breakfast while being extensive the cooked food was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were bland and almost watery. Unappetising. Also mushrooms and tomatoes. Meals in The Terrace were lovely. Gardens fabulous. Lovely walk to “19” with great bar and food.

The fold out bed provided was terrible. It was saggy and uncomfortable with a mattress which was too soft. It was a definite barrier to sleep. Our 14 year old daughter had been looking forward to using the pool and she was bitterly disappointed in the time restrictions in place. We understand that very small children would be inappropriate in this setting but the same rules at 14 seemed excessive. A sleep deprived and disappointed teenager definitely impacted our stay.

Needed a hotel for work. This came in at a reasonable price . Bit out of town but taxi and buses were readily available most of the time

Excellent stay
The staff everywhere were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was excellent & the bar great too. The spa & heated pool very clean. Everything here was perfect, we totally recommend the Pierre Park Hotel. Bus stop close too.

Very grand hotel, fantastic grounds, friendly staff, lovely pool and ticks all the boxes, but the rooms could be updated and modernised in terms of power sockets and smart TVs etc.

Long weekend break in Guernsey
Great spa, breakfast, staff and grounds. Terrace bar nice but food there not the best. Dirty curtain in room and old wardrobe but comfy beds and lovely spacious bathroom.
