"The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the rooms and common areas were not properly maintained and it made the experience very uncomfortable. A hotel should prioritize hygiene, and unfortunately that was clearly lacking here. The breakfast was also very poor. The food options were limited and did not taste fresh at all. It was definitely not what you would expect when staying at a hotel. The only positive part of the experience was the morning tea, which was actually quite good. Other than that, the overall stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and food quality."

"Fabulous environment. Set right in the jungle so very different to other hotels. The cottages are all slightly different, ours Bamboo, had a lovely bed and outside shower. Aircon was one of the best. On/ off, up/down. All the staff were nice, can’t name all the good ones because they didn’t all have name badges but Shernic in the restaurant and Peter in the bar. I was there 6 weeks ago and lovely ladies on reception remember me. On the negatives, you do need a car or taxi. I used Alex app which was great for taxis. Cheaper than other options. If the weather is bad not much to do at the resort. Hotel was good value for money"

"Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented. Most importantly, all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Obviously taking great pride in their respective positions. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. "
