I'm from St helens and every time I go to St Helens I stay at the mecure - every time I arrive at the hotel - the staff at the hotel always give me a lovely welcome back home.- it's always nice to be recognised and acknowledged by the staff - the last time I stayed at the mecure the girl on the desk who checked me in said - I don't need to tell you were anything in the hotel is - because you stay so often that practically live here!!! Which I find really humerous. Victoria who works in the hotel...

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold.
When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...
