An excellent small hotel in a rather grand Victorian house on the main road in Callendar. Easy walk into town. Great base for exploring the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Stunning scenery. While on a road trip through Scotland, my friends and I booked a room at this hotel, and we were SO PLEASED!! We stayed in Chalets 5 and 6 (members of the Beatles stayed in Chalets 1 and 6 once in 1964) and were really comfortable with lots of privacy and a FABULOUS view of the loch across the street. Breakfast was included in the price and was superb. I'm planning on bringing some family on a Scotland trip soon, and I've already decided we will be staying at The Four Seasons!!

From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely. Comfy beds, lovely view from top-floor bedroom. Tasty breakfast of whatever we wanted. Hostess was great company and even kindly dropped us off at an event venue to pick up our car.

Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed

Great place to stay. We stayed in a Mongolian yurt, which was a unique experience, like glamping. The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories.

Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. It was a relatively quiet night I stayed at with maybe 33-50% occupancy, and I was given a nice upgrade. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high tier, mixed with antique/period pieces. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast.

I had a lovely experience staying at the Luib Hotel, Nelly and James were fab hosts also down to earth no nonsense folk. Home cooked food was delicious, I had evening meals and Breakfasts. The hotel is on a busy main road however this didn't spoil my stay. My room which looked on to the road was well soundproofed , I had a wee well earned nap in the afternoon without being disturbed. Brilliant stay at The Tower, would highly recommend. Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked me in showed me to my room, offered to take my bags, and explained everything in detail. Room was great , enjoyed the shower as stayed in other hotels in callander and they were either frozen or no power. Had dinner in bar the food was cooked from scratch and very tasty. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was full when we stayed . Room was quite small , you could just about get in. However the hotel is superbly situated at the bend in the river Tay , and you can sit outside enjoying the views. The bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the food was superb.
