"We had a wonderful stay at The Cornwall Hotel & Spa and would happily return. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and provided the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities were great. What really stood out during our stay was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From reception to the spa, everyone made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus and provided a relaxing way to unwind after busy days sightseeing. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend The Cornwall Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Cornwall."

"I stayed here for 1 night only with my mom. The overall maintenance of the hotel needs sprucing up, it is very shabby in areas. The breakfast room was lovely, no complaints here. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of TLC, the curtain lining was all torn, the walls needed painting and the draws in the dresser won't open unless you open the wardrobe door first. I called about 3 days before our stay to check everything was ok and ask a few questions - one was about electric car charging. I was told it was a first come first serve and I couldn't reserve a space. When we arrived the 2 electric spaces were occupied, one car charging but the other wasn't even an electric car! I asked at reception if they could find out who it was and ask them to move and I was again told no, and they let people park in them if they need to due to mobility issues. If I had tried to park in a disabled bay not being disabled I'm sure this wouldn't be allowed. When we arrived back after being out all day both cars were still there but this time neither were being charged. I called the night manager on the phone who was going to see if he could find out who's cars they were and that in fact you can reserve the spaces! The following morning the receptionist that was on was helpful and once the one space became available she reserved the space for me. I was very disappointed with breakfast too - the bacon was terrible. The hotel wasn't cheap and I expected a better standard."

"This is a lovely hotel which we have stayed in before. Friendly, helpful staff and conveniently situated for a short walk to the beach & Mawgan Porth, coastal walks. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice but does run out quickly, staff are on hand to top up but you may need to wait for certain items. Hot breakfast is available for a surcharge, we found the buffet breakfast more than adequate. No air conditioning in the rooms but fans were provided and these were very effective in the recent heat. Our room overlooked the car park (only option available when booked due to half term) which was noisy from early in the morning with deliveries and trolleys being pushed around. Ate in the OGO restaurant which was lovely staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable great recommendation on the local Bauhaus wine 😊 will definitely stay again for a nice relaxing break with nice food, sunset views and amenities."
