A ground-floor apartment in a quiet corner of a gated development close to the Carlyon Bay Hotel and 5 minutes’ walk to the local beach. Set at the heart of St Austell Bay, Carlyon Bay is a stretch of the coastline extending to almost 2 miles of beach 
Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Beds: 1 x King, 1 x twin. Rooms: Living/Dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Kitchen & utilities: Gas hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment: Smart TV. Outside: Communal gardens to the front and rear of the apartment. Small patio area to the front with outdoor chairs available Parking: Allocated parking space in communal car park with plenty of visitor spaces. Pets: No pets are accepted. Accessibility: A ground floor apartment. Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver  for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
NOTES: We would appreciate the removal of all dirty/sandy footwear before entering the apartment complex.
