What let the hotel down was attention to detail- our room had a cracked glass balcony which did not instil confidence. The lack of reliable hot water a was another poor aspect as was the indifferent housekeeping which we had to constantly talk to housekeeping manager about. The lack of response from the front desk and management until 11pm on night before departure with an alternate room was too little too late. To cap this on the last night key decided to fit out new rooms with drilling and cutting boards after midnight which again we had to call to complain sorry but this is not a 5 star quality hotel and the lack of empathy and professions by management as nd Radisson is extremely poor!"
