"Twin bed . Beds narrow. No lock on bathroom door. Staff helpful . Handrail hook needed in toilet. Otherwise a comfortable , relaxed central hotel. 3 star. Very very good for 3 stars."

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

"Read the reviews (I did). The furniture has a lot of wear and tear. My TV had a broken screen. Rooms could be cleaner, especially in the bathroom (probably just needs to be updated). But, it is a wonderful location; you cannot beat the location. Staff are nice. Hotel is affiliated with the coffee shop around the corner so you can use any vouchers there. They need to do a bit more work on not letting the place seem to have a lot of turnover and wear and tear. That all said, I would stay again. "

"Wonderful hotel, convenient to tube stop and many sites. Staff was absolutely fantastic - EVERYONE of them - reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or helpful staff. And I can't forget the gentleman at the door; always greeted us with a smile and a good morning/evening. Finally, don't skip the breakfast buffet; one of the best I've had in London"

"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "I thought the staff was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Saish, the restaurant- manager in the evening. We ate most dinners at the hotel. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
