"No glass or even a plastic disposable tumbler in room. Woke in middle of the night & nothing, had to squint my mouth under tap to get a drink...never been in a hotel without water or a glass before? I don't care how environmentally friendly your trying to be, basic necessity of being able to get a drink of water in a room is essential, imagine an emergency situation! Other than that, nice enough but room electrics all a bit confusing.. Sort the glasses out please."

"This is not a luxury hotel, but the breakfast is very good, the rooms are fine, the location is outstanding (particularly if there's train travel involved), and the staff could not have been more helpful."

"Fabulous location, 4 minutes walk to Glasgow Airport. Large lounge areas, very private. Bar and dining very good service and food. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, nothing seriously wrong at all. A few little facelifts. Highly recommended."
