"We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!"

"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

The entire place opens up with classic English countryside views, sounds, and smells. The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay.
