The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast serves simple stuff but with a good variety.
If you want a quiet and relaxing stay, and enjoy leafy place, it is wonderful.
Great budget option for visiting Exeter or for a stopover. Good breakfast and the swimming pool was lovely. Late check-in was easy and the security team were very helpful and welcoming
Clean room, easy directions about location and getting into the room. Visible staff presence.
Excellent choice at breakfast. Good place to stay for weekend in Exeter.
Breakfast was great - staff were friendly. The room was clean, but hot (due to the warm temperatures outside). There was a 45 min wait-time to get into the pool due to the limited number of lifeguards.
Nice, safe, quaint place to stay with large desk, fridge. Shower is quite small, but it works well. No toiletries were included, but you can ask at the reception as needed. Most additional items could be availabe upon request. For a budget friendly place within Exeter Campus it's a great choice.
Room was clean, lift didn’t get swept in the 5 nights I was there and had a lot of dried mud in it. I extended by a couple of nights because my friends were still there and reception man wasn’t very helpful. Had to do it online, even though I would have had an alumni discount if I did it at the desk. The map is entirely unhelpful for the parking if you don’t know your way around campus. They could do with adding more details to it to help people. I bumped into someone lost in the dark in the middle of campus trying to find their way back after parking their car. Building work is a little noisy in the forward facing rooms.
Great place to be at our sons graduation at Exeter Uni. It made life so much easier. Excellent support and because it was so hot our room was hotter than an oven. We asked and they managed to find a cooler flat for us. Thank you. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, plenty of fresh food.
The only draw back is where the car parks are and where the accommodation is. 10 mins apart. So drop off your luggage and then park the car. Apart from that, really great.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Rooms are small but adequate.
The facilities are great for what they are.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Its great dor a quick stop but anything more than a few nights it could be uncomfortable.
The staff at the breakfast were lovely and really helpful. The room was fine and as I expected. However, I felt disappointed by the advertising of the swimming pool. I emailed the leisure centre days in advance to ask if I could book the pool, they never replied. I asked at the reception how to book and they said it's an additional cost on top of the booking and to contact the leisure centre but they didn't seem too sure. I tried calling the leisure centre multiple times and they never picked up. I don't think they should be advertising this listing as having a pool if it's not actually available or included the price.
