I cannot fault this hotel at all. Location is perfect, close to all the main sights. The rooftop restaurant is a great feature and provided a good breakfast. Outside are 2 more restaurants that belong to the hotel, where you receive a discount. The staff are friendly and helpful. The standard rooms are fairly small, but this is to be expected from a city centre hotel. The room however was well appointed and very clean.
Very centrally located friendly hotel , everything within walking distance .Staff very helpful . room very clean but try to avoid room 106 , since it is located near the air condition engines and there is a strange noise at all hours of night ,Apart from that is is recommended.
1 bedroom was size of my closet. Twin bed against the wall and very small. I'm 5'1 and if I was a little taller, my feet would had to hang out the bed; bed too small in too small room. The staff was excellent and very helpful with setting up my tours and providing information. Hotel was in a very nice and convenient area; very close to the Spanish steps in approximately 3 minutes.
The hotel is located 1 minute walk from Spanish Steps and so is in a great area from which to explore the city. We only had the buffet breakfast one day out of the three we stayed but the options were good. The room and toilet were clean and tidy on arrival. The room was a decent size with a safe and closet space for clothes. The only negative I would give would be that my single bed felt a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on as it didn't seem strong enough in the middle causing my body to sink in.

i guess it is ok but not great...breakfast was not that good...Great garden but empty.
room cleaning came early around 9:30 and we had do not disturb sign , thus they never came back to clean
for the amount paid i think we should have had a better service
This hotel is on one floor of an old courtyard building on the Corso in the center of everything. You enter through fairly unmarked doors and then find the signs to the stairs or elevator to take you up to the hotel lobby. It is a small venue, not many rooms. Ours was a very small room, dark, with no view. Since our main objective was to be out in Rome, this room was excellent for sleeping, showering, and regrouping for the next outing. The staff, English speaking, were very welcoming and accommodating.
