"The house is spacious and well laid out and has off-street parking. Most of the houses in the centre of town may look cute but are quite small and hardly any have private parking. Briar Patch is only five minutes walk from the pier and less than ten from the centre of town. Also you don't have to drive through the town to get to the house from the main road. The lovely little theatre is just round the corner. The only slightly inconvenient thing was having to go to the office in town to collect...
